Interweiv is an ethnic minority recruitment consultancy. Our mission is to support businesses achieve proportionate ethnic representation at all levels. Interweiv is a play on the word ‘interview’ and our goal is to support our skilled professionals progress to the interview stage of the recruitment process. Our hope is they ‘weave/wiev’ their way through the company fabric and become an interwoven asset to the business they join.

Although fairly new to the recruitment consultancy world, our history as an ethnic minority support group started as a grassroots, informal network for skilled professionals who are from ethnic minority backgrounds and predominantly work within the London area to becoming a comprehensive recruitment consultancy for businesses across London and the UK. We made the first of its kind ethnic minority skilled professionals’ network in Canary Wharf and branched out to wider London where we have a group of over 3000 active participants.
