We understand that all candidates can only be offered a role through their own merit. Our goal is to support businesses in widening their talent pool through a fair and non-discriminatory way. Through our previous guise, we’ve built up a huge amount of trust and credibility amongst ethnic minority professionals and we look to leverage that trust and network to provide candidates which fit each businesses’ unique needs.

We work on a fixed percentage per placement meaning our clients are only charged once a candidate is placed and settled into their role! We recognise that talent acquisition is a major decision for a business which is why our solutions are derisked as possible. We provide industry commonplace rebate periods and our percentage per placements are benchmarked to be competitive.
